THE PROGRAMME
- Presentation of the 4 parts of the DELF exam
- Presentation and explanation of the marking process for the writing part of the exam.
- We make sure students sit tests appropriate to their level of French
- Reinforce specific points that need improving for the level the student is aiming for
- Coaching with the teachers for the speaking and writing parts of the test.
- Methodological training for the writing and oral comprehension parts of the exam.

THE INLINGUA TOUCH
- During your course you will get the chance to do at least one mock test in real exam conditions.
- Exam preparation is provided by correcting teachers who are eligible for these exams.

Hostel Accommodation
The hostel is located at 5 minutes walk from the inlingua center.
Modern and offering a view of the port of the small, you will enjoy all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.
All meals are at the inn.
Homestay
Homestay accommodation offers the opportunity to speak French in a relaxed and friendly environment while becoming familiar with local customs and traditions.
We recommend half-board, including breakfast and dinner with your family.
Families undertake to receive only one student of the same mother tongue at a time.
Our reception service knows families well, selected for their hospitality, the comfort of their home and the warm atmosphere.
Our host families are closest to our centers: count 10 to 30 maximum minutes on foot, by public transport or by bike (popular means of transport in La Rochelle) to reach your host family.
If you come by car, please let us know when you register.
Our family accommodation solution is reserved for people over the age of 18. However, minors with parental authorization may also benefit.
If this formula interests you, you must finalize your registration at least 3 weeks before your arrival.
The stay extends from Sunday (arrival in the late afternoon) to Saturday (departure in the morning).
The family takes care of the reception at the station or the airport of La Rochelle.

Inlingua is a partner of the largest real estate agency in La Rochelle which has 300 homes for rent in the summer and 50 homes year-round. The shortlisted dwellings were chosen for:

You will find on our site a questionnaire that will allow you to define your needs in terms of dates, a number of beds/rooms, location … You will receive under 24 48 hours several proposals with housing description and photos. inlingua will confirm for you the reservation and you will have 8 days to pay a deposit. Stays are from Saturday 16h to Saturday 12h, keys are collected at the agency near the school.
If you arrive on Sunday, we can organize your transfer from the airport or La Rochelle train station. We will welcome you and provide you with the keys to your accommodation. The rental includes bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Residence Escale Marine
An Autumn Winter Residence
This 3 Star Residence is located near the city center. You can reach the Old Port in less than 10 minutes on foot or very quickly by the smuggler (sea bus). This residence offers limited availability in July and August and prices are not fixed. If you wish to apply for a tariff during this period, please contact us.
The access to inlingua is done in 5 minutes by bus (3 stops), 10 minutes by bike or 20 minutes on foot.
The apartments for one or two people are modern and comfortable. They are equipped with a kitchen, microwave, ceramic hob, flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom with shower or bathtub.

RESIDENCE NEW ROCHELLE
A spring-summer residence
The studios are between 16m² minimum and include the following facilities and services:
Fully equipped kitchen (sink, double electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, storage, crockery, dedicated dining area, in most studios).
Room of water or individual bath (shower or bath, basin, individual toilets).
Main room furnished (sofa bed (2 places), table-desk, chair, closet with wardrobe, individual electric heating).
Options available: kettle, coffee maker, games (on request, while stocks last).

UTOPIA RESIDENCE
The residence is intended for an audience aged 16 to 30 years. It is managed by a non-profit association involved in youth housing in the agglomeration of La Rochelle. It is located in the heart of an eco-responsible zone, both in terms of its construction and the management of energy.
Consisting of 200 housing, the residence was built in 2018. It’s a very modern appearance that makes it very pleasant to live. Large common areas and staff of permanent facilitators facilitate meetings and activities between residents. The residence is located in Lagord, five kilometres from the inlingua center. It can be reached by bike or bus. The 3 line offers a start every 10 minutes from 7h00 to 20h00. The last bus is at 22h00. It takes less than 30 minutes bus without changing line (16 stops).
Local shops, supermarkets, bakery, butcher are 10 minutes walk. The Place de Verdun, one of the attractive centers of the city, is about 30 minutes’ walk from the residence or 15 minutes by bus. The studios are equipped with a kitchenette, shower, toilet and large storage. Bed linen is provided, but not towels. The tenant will have to clean his linen, his sheets and his studio during his stay. A launderette is available. A delay of 8 days is necessary to obtain the response of the association.
The rent is payable monthly – 8 advance notice of departure. APL (Accommodation Allowance) can be requested for any stay from 8 months. Depending on the resources of the parents of the household, an allowance reduces the price of rent.
